I am a certified professional solutions and values focused coach, facilitator and NLP ( Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner. I obtained my training through Erickson Coaching
International, which is an International Coach Federation Accredited Coach Training Program. The style of coaching I provide is solutions-focused. I also have a Masters of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University and a BA in Recreation Management with a minor in psychology from Eastern Washington University.
I honed my professional skills in recreation management predominantly in the Regional District and Municipal public sector settings. I have further practical experience in personal and professional life coaching, organizational leadership and management consulting in the private sector, and emergency management training and development in the provincial government and at a local level. Key areas of experience include values-based organizational change, performance management, joint-venture partnerships, recreation management and administration, occupational health and safety, training and development, and emergency management. Furthermore, my professional and personal life experience has provided hands-on training in navigating a variety of transitions, moving in and out of balance.
